While Security Recovery Core is designed to prevent firmware bricking, we cannot guarantee that it will work in all circumstances or on all hardware platforms. Use at your own risk.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Security Recovery Core, you agree to:

Backup Your Data: Always maintain backups of your firmware and important data
Test First: Test SRC on non-production systems before deploying to production
Follow Instructions: Follow installation and usage instructions carefully
Verify Compatibility: Ensure your hardware platform is compatible before installation
Maintain USB Device: Keep your USB recovery device accessible and up-to-date
Report Issues: Report bugs and issues through the GitHub issue tracker

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Security Recovery Core:

To violate any laws or regulations
To infringe on intellectual property rights
To cause harm to systems or networks
To bypass security measures without authorization
For any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Data and Privacy

Security Recovery Core:

Does not collect, transmit, or store personal information
Operates entirely locally on your system
Does not communicate with external servers
Only modifies firmware regions, never user data partitions

Logs are stored locally in SPI flash and are not transmitted anywhere.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Support and Maintenance

Security Recovery Core is provided as open-source software. While we strive to provide support through:

GitHub Issues for bug reports
Documentation and guides
Community contributions

We do not guarantee:

Response time for support requests
Resolution of all reported issues
Compatibility with all hardware platforms
Continuous maintenance or updates

10. Intellectual Property

Security Recovery Core and its documentation are the intellectual property of the SRC Project contributors. The software is licensed under MIT License, which allows free use, modification, and distribution while preserving copyright notices.

11. Third-Party Components
